I had two projects .1- creating a Dolby atmos system in the only little space I have . Shawn designed the layout and suggest the right equipments2- mounting and buying TVs . I didn’t know they are dealers to Sony as well .( other brands tooBoth went far better than I expected . The most impressive experience was Any small issues later, they immediately rectified it and always had a solution. It was the ease of communicating and problem solving that impressed me . Can’t imagine doing all this with Best Buy .Shawn is that kind of guy which every business wish they had . Rare now a days . Truly professional , sincere and passionate .Braden and bill too . They love what they do . They do a project it like they are doing it at there home . These guys are specialist pros .Now I realize why these guys have only 5 stars . Not even in ritz I have experienced this level of service . Why go Best Buy when we have these guys .

I recently purchased a new Sonos soundbar for my Sonos surround sound system. I had an old one that I just needed swapped out for the new one. I contacted a few companies unfortunately none of which responded. Who does that?. Anyway went back to a new Google search and came across Home Theater Pros. I spoke to Dan at the company, and explained what I needed. He said he would put me on a schedule for installation. Which was done during that same phone call. He sent Braden who was on time, he also called 30 minutes before arrival, letting me know that he was on his way. And once arriving, knew exactly what to do. Braden installed the new soundbar, and completely recalibrated my system so that it sounds so much better then before. I am so glad I found this company I will use them from now on. Just superb professionals who are completely knowledgeable in all things electronic oriented. The price initially quoted over the phone was the final charge I paid. Which was very very reasonable! I recommend this company to anyone. Don't hesitate to use them you will be as happy as I am.

Shaun and his team recently mounted 2 TVs inside and a TV on the patio. I spoke to Shaun a few times before I hired them to solicit advice , from types of TVs to get, recommendations for cable and internet provider (new to Orlando area), etc. All of this advise was offered without any hesitation and that is what made me go with Shaun and his team. They spent a lot of time unscrambling the surround sound wires that were all jumbled up and got the system going, integrating it into the TV sound and the music system. Did and excellent job. Will recommend without hesitation.
